We are currently involved in the development of an intentional neighborhood in west Asheville, NC, which includes a large house that is shared between individual renters and community gatherings. We are also exploring collaboration in the development of other community oriented projects which includes a senior cottage court, a small rural community, more shared housing, an assisted living project, and more.
